One of the leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for FFM to be responsible for OTC sales results in Ukraine and to manage sales team (RMs & MRs).
Main requirements:
- Higher educational background
- 2+ years of working experience as OTC FFM or 4+ years of experience as Regional Manager
- English at least upper-intermediate
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent negotiation skills and leadership
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
Main responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets and sales results
- Team management (incl. recruitment if needed)
- Planning and organization of RMs’ work
- Prepare sales plans and control its execution around Ukraine
- Monitor and analyze performance of team (RMs) and suggest improvements
- Plan and participate in events to enlarge sales results
- Reporting
