Requirements:
— Higher Medical Education
— Solid experience in Medical Affairs activities. Experience with clinical development and clinical trials desirable.
— Proven ability to effectively work in a cross-functional/matrix environment
— Strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation, and communications skills (written and verbal) to effectively address all levels within an organization.
— Excellent English (person should read, understand complex scientific topics, write and engage into conversation freely)
— Work experience in Pharmaceutical company
— High sense of responsibility
— Strong leadership skills
— Team player
Purpose:
— Contribute to the business development and local strategy
— Ensure proper planning and effective execution of medical strategy
— Ensure all activities regarding Medical Information, Clinical Programs and Drug Safety are in line with local regulations, Roche global/regional strategy and procedure
Main responsibilities:
— Ensuring identification of local medical marketing needs and providing local medical plans consistent with global strategy
— Ensuring timely planning and execution of Clinical Programs (local, regional, global) in terms of quality, costs and timelines
— Ensuring compliance in promotion, Clinical Trials, Safety and timely reporting to HQ
— Ensuring adequate resources for Medical Department to effectively support business needs and fulfil local law obligations
— Ensuring effective collaboration and dissemination of medical information to support business claims through:
— KOL management
— Clinical Programs
— Communication with International Medical Marketing Teams and Pharma Development
— Patient organizations
— DRA oversight responsibility
