Areas of Responsibility
— Develop field force training strategy that supports a culture of continuous improvement and learning;
— Anticipate business challenges/needs and communicate with business unit head and field force manager to identify sales training imperatives, design and develop the national training and development strategic and operational plans;
— Prepare annual training budget based on training needs analysis;
— Implement successful learning programs to equip sales representatives with tools to launch products to Novartis standards;
— Coaching with sales representatives to assist in the transfer of skills and application of knowledge to improve quality of customer call;
— Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
— University Degree;
— 3+ years of experience in training field force within a large international pharmaceutical company;
— Strong knowledge of training processes and practices;
— Good knowledge of English (at least intermediate level);
— Good knowledge of MS Office;
— Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills; result driven, action-oriented and full of energy to face challenging situations.
