One of the leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for Marketing & Sales Head to be responsible for developing the therapeutic area brands marketing strategy and for driving its full implementation, as well as lead and inspire team people.
Reports directly to GM
In direct subordination – marketing and sales teams
Main requirements:
· Medical or pharmaceutical educational background; and Marketing or Business management qualification would be an advantage
· 3-5 years of operational marketing experience within global pharmaceutical companies (managing different products in different therapeutic areas & experience with Key Account Approach)
· 3+ years of managerial experience
· Advanced English
· International marketing expertise desired
· Strong leadership skills, communication and negotiation skills
· Strong analytical skills, as well as planning and resource allocation skills
Main responsibilities:
· Marketing and sales responsibilities
— Responsible for the development, adaptation and implementation of global marketing and portfolio strategy
— Accountable for optimization of profitability, performance, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term
— Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
— Continuously analyse market trends and competitive environment to maximize performance
— Own key marketing processes (ie. Business Reviews, IPS, Budget, Strategic Plan, etc.)
— Implement professional Field Force metrics and people management
— Develop and deliver training programs to maximize marketing skills, product knowledge, and sales skills for field force/KAM
· Market access responsibilities
— Collaborate intensively with medical and franchise colleagues in pre-registration phase
— Develop key stakeholder map in pre-launch phase and manage interactions
— Contribute to development of reimbursement dossier
— Ensure strong launch plans
— Drive new insights through integration of information from all customer groups
· Leadership Expectations
— Active member of the Country Leadership Team
— Efficiently manage associates to ensure effective performance, professional people development to identify, develop and retain talents
— Spend time mentoring and coaching team members
· Observe strictly any and all applicable internal and external regulations, acts and procedures
