One of the leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for Commercial Excellence Head to manage key commercial and strategic functions including Sales training, Sales planning, Marketing excellence & Digital strategy, Business analysis, Market access, etc., as well as contribute to SFE development and Marketing Excellence building.
Reports directly to GM
Main requirements:
· University degree in economics, bioscience or business
· Advanced English
· 7-10 years’ experience in key management and executive positions in commercial within the pharmaceutical industry
· 5+ years of commercial management; thorough understanding of the Pharma industry including Ukraine pharma market, regulatory environment and competition, strong commercial experience both in marketing and sales with strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen
· Successful marketing management experience
· Experience in launching key products in different disease areas
· In depth knowledge of the customer/marketplace, key dynamics, key competitors and their likely strategies
· Strong leadership skills, communication and negotiation skills
Main responsibilities:
· Drive effective sales training through sales training team to outperform competition and fully meet customer expectation
· Lead sales planning team to develop Sales force effectiveness and commercial capabilities and deliver business results
· Identify customer insight through market research programs and provide data analysis to enhance a) competitive edge to develop business; b) brand strategy to achieve business goal
· Identify business issues and closely work with key functions to develop solutions by analyzing internal and external database
· Closely work with marketing team to develop and implement digital strategy
· Lead planning process and marketing excellence training to develop robust and high quality brand strategy focusing on customer insight
· Support marketing and medical team to implement medical and commercial events to deliver brand messages and scientific information
· Develop pricing strategy to convince the value of our brands and negotiate with authorities to obtain desired price
· Ensure strong implementation of compliance and assure appropriate quality management set by regulations
· Ensure that a timely and effective communication and escalation process is communicated to and followed by all personnel in their respective area
· Advocate continuous improvement of quality
· Ensure all activities of associates comply with company standards and local regulations
· 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance
· Observe strictly any and all applicable internal and external regulations, acts and procedures. Responsible for proper and compliant reporting of Adverse Events in order to fulfill all regulatory requirements and ethical obligations. Comply with the GxP quality requirements applicable to area of responsibility
