Commercial Trainer (Pharmaceutical Division)
Major tasks and Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of the long-term learning and coaching system for the sales force
• Support and promotion of the training and coaching atmosphere, ensuring effective cooperation inside of the organization, optimizing working process of the sales force team
• Development of the training plan and coaching sessions according to the plan of the division and promotional cycles
• Conducting trainings and coaching sessions with medical representatives, senior medical representatives and regional managers
• Identification and development of sales force aids and fulfillment of specific projects to improve sales effectiveness
• Development and regular update of the training and methodological materials
• Monitoring of performance of sales representatives and identification of the future training requirements
• Training of the salesforce techniques related to any kind of customer faced activities (F-T-F visits, group presentations, workshops, booth interactions, other kind of BTL interactions)
• Training follow-up, efficiency analysis, post-training support
• Conducting certification procedures, assessment centers for the sales force
• Development of the training budget planning of trainings and controlling of its execution
• 70% of time – business trips around Ukraine
Skills, experience and qualifications required for the job:
• Commercial experience (experience of work as medical representative, regional manager, field force manager or product manager in pharma)
• Medical background (should be able to go through product certification)
• Knowledge of English not less than Upper-intermediate
• Knowledge of training methodology
• Knowledge of learning and development tools
• Knowledge of coaching
• Experience of work on the position of Sales/Commercial Trainer is an advantage
