One of the leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for NKAM to develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies and managing the team of KAMs
Main requirements:
- Higher educational background
- 2+ years of working experience as a National Key Account manager within pharma or FMCG (with pharma channel)
- Managerial experience
- English at least upper-intermediate (cross-cultural communication)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
