One of the leading international pharmaceutical company is announcing a vacant position for Senior Product Manager to develop company’s Rx brands portfolio.
This is managerial role with 1 person in direct subordination. Reports directly to BUH
Main requirements:
• Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical)
• 3+ years’ operational marketing experience with focus on product / brand management including customer facing / sales experience
• Strong customer awareness, product knowledge, customer market insight, compliance mind-set, high customer orientation
• Good knowledge of English (upper- intermediate level and better)
• Managerial experience is considered as advantage, but is not obligatory
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Demonstrate capacity to work as part of a team. Excellent team playing and communication skills; strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good knowledge of MS Office (experienced in Excel), SAP is a plus
• Result driven, action-oriented and full of energy to face challenging situations
Main responsibilities:
• Interact with all customer groups to make market observations, and identify potential insights and market access issues
• Support and contribute to market research activities, using basic tools and sources
• Identify potential key tactical options within each component of the marketing mix
• Optimize channel / promotional mix for individual brand through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs
• Create and deliver operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimize return
• Lead development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation
• Manage effective agency partnerships
• Manage brand finance and budgets, including appropriate management of brand resources
• Drive consistent execution of product strategy throughout Marketing, Sales, Managed Markets / Market Access, Medical and SciOps using appropriate KPIs
• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and take corrective action as required to meet business objectives
• Act as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies
• Manage associates to ensure effective performance, as well as talent development
