Assistant to the Business Unit General Medicine and Specialty Medicine
Context of the Job and major Challenges:
Administrative and tactic support to the Business Units Head
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Support on the planning and execution of marketing strategies and activities
Assemble of Presentations
Coordinate meetings and close contact with the cross functional units.
Coordination of agendas and administrative support to the BU’s management team
Support and develop of e-tools
Coordination of travels and visas for the BU’s management team and KOLs with the respective department.
Major tasks of position:
1) Support to the BU SM&GM in Document Management:
Document Management
Preparation of documents for transmission to the accounting department (bills, invoices, acceptance certificates, contracts, reports of gasoline, advance report, memo, etc.);
Scanning and archiving of all documents SM&GM.
Assistant unit manager’s job
Preparation of slides for presentations;
Collection and analysis of marketing information;
Sales analysis of BU SM&GM and displaying the information in the files internal use;
Secretarial functions;
Help on request.
2) Travel coordination for BPH staff and KOLs on International level:
Travel and Visa Coordination for the BU’s management team with the respective functions.
3) Support to the BU’s:
Further support in BPH projects (in coordination with the Cross functional Units);
Analysis of project cost-structure expenses;
Develop of specific marketing projects;
Administrative support to the BU’s Management Team.
Skills experience and qualifications:
Linguistic back ground
Excellent skills in communication in Ukrainian, Russian and English
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks
Convincing and sensitive in relationship to internal and external partners
Ability to work independent, self-initiative taking, reliable, resilient and flexible
Microsoft Office knowledge
