KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative and clerical services in effective and efficient manner;
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines;
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities;
Cooperation with all members of the departments;
Prepare and control documents flow for invoices payment;
Facilitate departmental communication, reporting and key meetings;
Keep projects on schedule;
Prepare analytical reports upon the request.
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education with university degree;
Working experience in the similar position (1-3 years);
English — intermediate level is the must;
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Attention to details, accuracy, analytical skills.
