— Development of marketing and sales strategies for promotion of RX products (biosimilars);
— The demand creation for a new product on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine;
— The formation, protection and control of the budgets (both long and short term periods);
— Cooperation with KOL of budgetary and non-budgetary organizations;
— Ensure effective promotion of company products and support sales;
— Promotion through doctors and participation in state and regional programs;
— Creation of programs and materials for promotional cycles;
— Participation in international, national and local scientific conferences;
— Reporting for top management.
— Medical degree;
— English — upper-intermediate/ advanced;
— Experience in managing projects, preparing business plan;
— Experience of drawing up and protection of budgets;
— Experience in writing business plans and launching projects from zero as a priority requirement;
— Additional experience in management and/or marketing is a plus;
— Experience with biological treatment or minimum in the treatment area;
— Relationship with KOLs;
— Readiness for start-up project with the possibility to lead a biosimilars business in Ukraine;
— Willingness for business trips.
— Analytical skills;
— High level of communication skills;
— Diplomacy and flexibility;
— Skills of a successful negotiator, presentable appearance.
