Led the team in order to provide assured product supply.  Strategic planning based on company strategy. Execution of Supply Chain strategies over developing tactical action plans resulted in  gradual F@P Cost decrease over 3% during 3 years period. Supplier Performance Index (SPI) process was applied to the key suppliers that resulted in product quality improvement and Total Cost reduction. Achievements:

1 Warehousing: Kiev HUB performance development (to move to the “Top 3 in Europe” based on KPIs performance; Sub DC strategy development over opening seasonal DC in Simferopol and Odessa with relevant distribution cost decrease).

2 Global Sourcing: Protein items supply was realized with direct impact on Cost of Business decrease over 2%.
